RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns:
 

To be eligible for a return, items must remain in their original, unworn condition with all labels intact and in their original packaging. Accessories should be unworn and returned in full. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
 

Return Guidelines:
 

  • Please note that certain accessories are non-returnable.
  • You have two (2) days from the receipt of your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their unused, original condition, complete with all packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product labels or tags have been tampered with during your possession.
  • Defective or damaged products must be reported and returned within 48 hours.
  • All returns must include original barcodes, identification tags, labels, and packaging, unaltered from the original condition, to be eligible for processing.

Refund Process:
 

Once we receive your returned item, we will carefully inspect it and notify you via email of its receipt. You will be informed whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
